Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll,
Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for October 3 1, 2024, in the amount of $544,929.85,

The motion passed 4-0

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the transfer of Timothy Gordon’s total
accumulated deductions effective October 3 1, 2024, to the Norfolk County Retirement System. Dates of service:
01/02/2013-11/03/2015. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 2.8333 years.
