Chairwoman Chavis called the meeting to order at 4:10 PM. The Retirement Coordinator called the roll:

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty seconded by Dennis Boudrow to approve the meeting minutes from the
September 24, 2024, meeting. The motion passed 3-0 with Dylan Cook abstaining.

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the meeting minutes from the
October 29, 2024, meeting. The motion passed unanimously,

Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and
Reconciliation for September 2024 in the amount of $3,714,456.36. The motion passed unanimously.

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and
Reconciliation for October 2024 in the amount of $3,297,324.78. The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the Retirement System Warrant

(Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for November 29, 2024, in the amount of $485,503.50. The motion
passed 4-0,

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash
Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for September and October 2024. The motion passed 4-0,

No transfer of funds from Eastern Bank to PRIT of appropriation money received effective December 2, 2024. Table this
item until PRIT presentation.

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the acceptance of Acacia Lynch,
effective September 20, 2024, at 9% + 2%, $21,251.00, full time. Acacia is employed by the School Department as an ESP.
The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the acceptance of Linda Whitehead,
effective September 30,2024 at 9% + 2%, $15.35 per hour, full time. Linda is employed by the School Department as a
cafeteria worker. The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the acceptance of Eric Hutchinson-
Clarke, effective October 24,2024 at 9% + 2%, $40,352.00, full time. Eric is employed by the School Department as a
custodian. The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the acceptance of Deanna Stephens,
effective October 28,2024 at 9% + 2%, $45,017.52(pro-rated), full time. Deanna is employed by the School Department as
a lon! nurse. The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the acceptance of Rick Griffin,
effective November 3,2024 at 9% + 2%, $57,196.25, full time. Rick is employed as a Winthrop Police Officer. The motion
passed 4-0 with Board member Delehanty stating this was a lateral transfer from Revere.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the acceptance of Christopher Haskell,
effective November 4,2024 at 9% + 2%, $25,634.00 (pro-rated) full time. Christopher is employed by Winthrop Public
Schools as an administrative assistant. The motion passed 4-0.

Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dylan Cook, to approve the transfer of Eve Maddan’s total

accumulated deductions effective November 29, 2024, to the MA Teachers Retirement System. Dates of service:
08/30/2021-6/30/2022. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.0000 years. The motion passed unanimously.

09/25/2023. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 5.0000 years. The motion passed unanimously.
