Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for December 31,
2024. 
Vote to approve Theresa Visconti ’ s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option B, effective January 1, 2025.
Theresa is an ESP for Winthrop Public Schools with 24.7500 years of creditable service. 
Vote to approve Mary Lou Osborne ’ s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option B, effective January 18, 2025.
Mary Lou is the Assistant Director of the Library with 10.0833 years of creditable service.
Vote to approve the rollover of Anthony Puleio ’ s total accumulated deductions effective December 31, 2024. Anthony
was employed by the rink. Dates of service 3/24/15-5/21/24.
Vote to approve 6 months of creditable service the Winthrop Retirement Board will accept for former member Robert
Hurley who is currently a member of the Boston Retirement Board. Robert served as a reserve officer from October 5,
1995 to March 31, 1996.

Retiree affidavits were mailed on November 21, 2024.
PERAC has approved the Board ’ s supplemental regulation effective November 26 th pertaining to the creditable service
regulation.
PRIM will attend the January 28, 2025, meeting to present a portfolio overview.
The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for January 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM
