PROPERTIES DISCUSSED: 
214-226 Winthrop Street : This property was deferred from December 18, 2024, meeting for further 
architectural improvements. The board also emphasized the importance of clear zoning maps and proper
documentation for future projects. 
During the meeting on January 15, 2025, meeting, the following items were discussed between the
Applicant and the Board: 
1. Trash - How/where will it be secured, managed, etc. 
2. Building Sections/Elevations/Materials that will be used. 
3. Proposed Landscaping/Screening that will be incorporated. 
4. Parking Lighting for safety. 
5. Bike Rack inclusion. 
6. Certified Plot Plan. 
QUESTIONS FROM BOARD MEMBERS/ RESPONSES FROM APPLICANT: 
Parking- This building will only offer 5 spaces for the personal vehicles for the adjacent police
station. As we know this lot is full of police cruisers and personal vehicles. The Board is wondering
what is the Town’s plan for a new car park and relocated police vehicles when this building is developed
and the lot no longer available for use? 
A motion was made to adjourn the meeting. The motion was seconded and all members voted in favor.
