6 PM – DPW building 
▪ Committee discussed and approved prior meeting minutes 
▪ Discussed tree plantings, seedlings, and bareroot trees. 
▪ Discussed tree adoption and memorial programs. 
▪ Discussed planting trees in parks and potential for American Chestnut planting. 
▪ Discussion of needed tree maintenance 
▪ Discussed updates to the Tree Ordinance 
▪ Discussed the Tree Inventory, need to keep it up to date, and whether it was incorporated
into the town GIS system.
