Vote to approve the meeting minutes from December 17, 2024, meeting. TOWN CLERK -HINTHROE

Vote to approve the meeting minutes from January 28, 2025, meeting.
Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for January 2025 in the amount of $2,261,371 49.
Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for February 28, 2025

Vote to approve the transfer of Norina Schirripa’s total accumulated deductions effective February 28, 2025, to the
Mass Teachers Retirement System. Dates of service: 08/30/22-12/06/2023. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.2500 years.

Vote to approve the transfer of Brian Perrin Jr.’s total accumulated deductions effective February 28, 2025, to the
Mass Teachers Retirement System. Dates of service: 6/6/2021-1/30/2023. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.5833 years.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Zachary Dilibero, effective February 18, 2025, at 9% + 2%, $42,929.89. Zacary isa
Laborer for the DPW.

Vote to approve 4 months of creditable service that the Winthrop Retirement Board will accept upon full payment by Cody Savoie
to the MWRA Retirement Board. Cody worked for the school department from October 2012 until August 2013. He then became
a member of the Winthrop Contributory Retirement with the DPW on April 5, 2015, through May 2, 2017, prior to transferring to
the MWRA.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Kristin Gilzean, effective February 7, 2025, at 9% + 2%, $14,946.67 (pro-rated), full time.
Kristin is employed by the School Department as an ESP.

Bxeeutive Session — the Board will convene in executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(1) to discuss
complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.

Administrators Announcements:

Members statements were mailed on January 30, 2025.

Superannuation Option A retiree, John Van Buskirk passed away on February 14, 2025.

Notice of inactive account status were mailed to all inactive members.

The next meeting is tentatively scheduled for March 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM
