Winthrop Contributory Retirement System Board Meeting 1 Metcalf Square, Winthrop, Massachusetts, Harvey Hearing Room Minutes from the Meeting Held on February 25, 2025, 4:00 PM dee Present Were: Karin Chavis Terence Delehanty Dylan Cook Dennis Boudrow Not present: Stephen Rogers a Chairwoman Chavis called the meeting to order at 4:06 PM The Retirement Coordinator called the roll: Karin Chavis — Present Dylan Cook — Present Dennis Boudrow — Present Terence Delehanty — Present Stephen Rogers — Not Present At this time Chairwoman Chavis asked for a motion to take the agenda out of order to go to old business and start with the executive session. Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow. The motion passed 4-0. Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty to enter Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(1) to discuss complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. The motion passed 4-0. The Board reconvened in regular session at 4:35 PM. the March meeting. Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the meeting minutes from January 28, 2025, meeting. The motion passed 3-0 with Dennis Boudrow abstaining. Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for January 2025 in the amount of $2,261,371.49. The motion passed 4-0. Voted on a motion by Terence Delehanty, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for December 2024. The motion passed 4-0, > Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the transfer of Norina Schirripa’s total accumulated deductions effective February 28, 2025, to the Mass Teachers Retirement System. Dates of service: 08/30/22- 12/06/2023. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.2500 years. The motion passed unanimously. Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the transfer of Brian Perrin Jr.’s total accumulated deductions effective February 28, 2025, to the Mass Teachers Retirement System. Dates of service: 6/6/2021- 1/30/2023. Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.5833 years. The motion passed 4-0, Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the acceptance of Zachary Dilibero, effective February 18, 2025, at 9% + 2%, $42,929.89. Zachary is a Laborer for the DPW. The motion passed 4-0. Year #of hours worked/creditable service 2012 144 hours — N/A 2013 651 hours — four months creditable service The motion passed 4-0, Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Dennis Boudrow, to approve the acceptance of Kristin Gilzean, effective February 7, 2025, at 9% + 2%, $14,946.67 (pro-rated), full time. Kristin is employed by the School Department as an ESP, The motion passed 4-0, Old Business New Business Administrators Announcements: Members statements were mailed on January 30, 2025. Superannuation Option A retiree, John Van Buskirk passed away on February 14, 2025. Notice of inactive account status were mailed to all inactive members.
