Call to Order

Roll Call

Approve minutes from January 2025 (February meeting was cancelled due to lack of a quorum)

1. Guest Speaker: Meredith Hurley, Director of Public Health and Clinical Services for the Town of
Winthrop

2. CAM Training March 2025: has anyone signed up for March training?
3. WCOD Email: Does the general email address include Susan Smith and Nancy Tufo

4. Invite Tony Marino to next meeting: discuss ADA Coordinator role and consulting with
WCOD on regular basis

5. Speaker Series: March 19 at HS Auditorium; we will pay custodian fees; flyer will be sent to
all members

6. July Anniversary Event: $500 for Easter Seals History of Disability presentation

7. MOD GRANT: can WCOD be involved in Planning Board and Library meetings; no response
from Town Manager or Asst Town Manager; Greg has been asking about the grant as well
but there’s been no communication

8. Subcommittee for August Event: should we have a 2"! Annual Event? Or do something
different?
