The Commission for Disabilities is looking to purchase mats that can be pathways on grass or sand for wheelchairs. They will need storage area for them. We said that most of the tables, if not all, will be along the paved pathways so accessibility should not be an issue for this event, but it’s a good idea for the future to have those available. 5. Pride Pub Crawl 6/14 (4:00 ) - group will be divided into 4 pods starting at different locations and rotating around so as not to overwhelm the businesses. There are about 30 people so far signed up. John Morgan mentioned having information available at the Pride Potluck the week before about helping others with disabilities in a respectful way so that if people need help at the pub crawl, we will know how to appropriately help them. 6.
