Minutes from the COLA meeting Held on May 27, 2025, 4:00 PM
Present Were: Karin Chavis Stephen Rogers Dylan Cook Dennis Boudrow Terence Delehanty*

Chairwoman Chavis called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM. The Retirement Coordinator called the roll:

Vote- Social Security Administration has announced that the latest COLA effective July 1, 2025, is 2.5%,
Pursuant to Section 103(i), the Retirement Board may elect to increase this percentage to 3.0%.

Voted on a motion by Dennis Boudrow, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve a COLA of 3% effective
July 1, 2025. The motion passed unanimously.

Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Stephen Rogers, to adjourn at 4:01PM. The motion passed 5-0,
