Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Tim Wilson, Al Reynolds, Chuck Kubik and Jarid Siegel 

Clerk: Stacie Marley

Absent: Stephen Machcinski and Tracy Machcinski

Public Present: Lexi Vaccaro, Eric Bradanese, and Virginia Noiles 

7:01 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:
    • Cont’d Public Hearing DEP#082-0565 98 Bayview Avenue 
Applicants: Daniel Murphy REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance 
Proposed addition constructed on sonor tubes.  Existing seawall on town property will be removed and restored back to natural grade.   Submitted updated plans with accurate elevations.    The project site is now located within the LSCSF Zone AE EL 12. They updated WPA Forms with DEP.  Boulders from seawall will be reused.   Any heavy equipment will require a permit from DPW.  

Motion made by Chuck Kubik- 2nd by Tim Wilson to issue Order of Conditions.  Unanimous vote. 

Formal complaint on 242 Grandview Ave: A pile of rocks has been dumped on the property at 244 Grandview Ave.  They are planning on using them to stop the erosion of their property at 242 Grandview Ave.   We will need to conduct a site walk.  Lexi Vaccaro resident of 244 Grandview Ave was on the meeting describing the conditions.  We are waiting to hear from the homeowners at 242 Grandview Ave.
