TOWN COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES OF JUNE 10, 2025 President Letterie calls the Special Meeting to order at 7:30 PM in the DeLeo Senior Center ROLL CALL TOWN COUNCIL Present: Councilor Aiello, Councilor DeMarco, Councilor Tassinari, Councilor Swope, Councilor DaRos, Vice President Belcher, President Letterie Absent: C ouncilor Costigan PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Councilor DaRos PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING THE FY 26 BUDGET None Council President reviewed the steps taken leading up to the Town Council’s vote on the FY26 Budget. He expressed that this year’s budget process has been highly transparent and continues to improve. He thanks the Town Manager, Finance Dept. Finance Commission and Finance Committee for all their hard work. Prior to Old Business, Councilor Tassinari states that they Town Council may have an ineligible member who may vote on this budget due to the abandonment clause and his vote could be in invalidation of vote. Council President moves this out of order and continues meeting…. OLD BUSINESS- FY 26 BUDGET Councilor DaRos states the Finance Committee did meet and all the motions were voted on with a positive recommendation.
