Winthrop Firehouse Building Committee Meeting
Wednesday, June 11th, 2025 – Harvey Room 
PRESENT: Karin Chavis, Hannah Belcher, Jim Letterie, Joe Hanlon, Jack Dempsey, Jill Dorr,
Kim Dimes, Paul Flanagan, Stephen Calandra, Scott Wiley
Absent: Shannon Poulos, Marc Wallerce

OLD BUSINESS /GENERAL DISCUSSION: 
Scott Wiley introduced Dan Pallotta from Project Planning Professionals (P3). Mr Pallotta
followed through on his promise to get right to work once he learned that his company was
selected to oversee this project. His 2 main focal points are to keep this project under budget
and on time. The subcommittee will review 3-4 architects and decide around the first week in
July. The goal is to start the building process by July of 2026. The whole length of the project
should take about 18 months from start to finish. 
NEW BUSINESS :
Next FHBC meeting will take place on July 16 th at 6:00PM
