Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Tracy Machcinski, Stephen Machcinski, Al Reynolds and Tim Wilson

Absent: Chuck Kubik and Jarid Siegel  

Public Present: Peter Gill, Dena Barisano 

7:02 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:

    • Notice of Intent DEP#082-0566 17 Winthrop Street 
Applicants: Darren and Amy Baird REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance 
We don’t have the necessary quorum, this is continued to the August 6th meeting.   
  
NEW BUSINESS:

    •    Request for Determination of Applicability 436 Pleasant Street
The proposed project is to replace exterior fire escape. 
 Site Walk was conducted on July 30, 2025.   

Motion made by Stephen Machcinski - 2nd by Al Reynolds to issue a negative finding on this determination.  Unanimous vote. 

7:17 pm Meeting Adjourned Motion made by Stephen Machcinki, 2nd by Tracy Machcinski.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
