Winthrop Contributory Retirement System Board Meeting

Minutes from the Special meeting Held on August 14, 2025, 4:00 PM

Present Were: Karin Chavis/Chair (KC) Stephen Rogers (SR) Dylan Cook (DC) Dennis Boudrow (DB)

Terence Delehanty (TD)

Meeting Called to order at 4 pm

Chair (KC) stated purpose of Special meeting is to conduct interviews for position of Retirement Coordinator.

Process for interviews was discussed.

Candidates will be asked to tell Board a little about themselves

Each candidate will be asked the same prepared questions.(See attached)

Each candidate is allowed a total of forty-five minutes for their interview.

At conclusion of questions, candidates will have the time to ask the Board if they should have a question.
Candidates will be informed the Board will be meeting Tuesday August 19, 2025 to makea final decision.

5:00 pm Ernie Calavritinos

5:45 pm Lori Umanski

Meeting adjourned at 6 pm, motion by TD second by DC unanimous vote.
