Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Tracy Machcinski, Stephen Machcinski and Jarid Siegel  

Absent: Chuck Kubik, Al Reynolds and Tim Wilson 

Public Present: Rick Salvo, Amy and Darren Baird 

7:05 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:
    • Notice of Intent DEP#082-0566 17 Winthrop Street 
Applicants: Darren and Amy Baird REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance 
We don’t have the necessary quorum, this is continued to the August 25th meeting.   
  
7:30 pm Meeting Adjourned Motion made by Tracy Machcinki, 2nd by Jarid Siegel.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
