Meeting Minutes
Public Meeting Conducted VIA Zoom
Wednesday, August 25, 2025, at 7pm 
Members present: Kim Dimes, Tracy Machcinski, Stephen Machcinski, Jarid Siegel and Chuck Kubik

Absent: Al Reynolds and Tim Wilson 

7:07 PM With a quorum present Kim Dimes called the meeting to order.

OLD BUSINESS:
    • Notice of Intent DEP#082-0566 17 Winthrop Street 
Applicants: Darren and Amy Baird REP: Rick Salvo, Engineering Alliance 
DEP has all the additional documents they requested.  

Motion made by Tracy Machcinski - 2nd by Chuck Kubik to close and issue the Order of Conditions.   Unanimous vote.

7:17 pm Meeting Adjourned Motion made by Tracy Machcinki, 2nd by Jarid Siegel.   Commission voted unanimously to adjourn.
