BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES September 30, 2025 Allen Maruzzi called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM ROLL CALL Allen Maruzzi- Present Peter Gill- Present Brian Perrin- Present MINUTES Motion by Allen Maruzzi to accept the minutes of August 19, 2025 2nd by Peter Gill PUBLIC COMMENT – Suzanne Swope spoke on a Parking Ordinance. NEW BUSINESS The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented. The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented. The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented. The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect on the process.
