Meeting Minutes for October 14, 2025
Harvey Hearing Room, Town Hall
Meeting called to order at 3:30 PM
Members Present: Chair Christine Reilly, Jeanne Maggio (by telephone), Mary Lou
Cooney
Minutes from the Board of Health meeting of September 15, 2025, were read and
unanimously approved.
Public Comment: None
Director of Public Health and Clinical Services Update: No update.
Commissioner of Inspectional Services Update: No update.
Past Business: 
 68 Crest Avenue/Injection Application (Botox): Nichole Connors
Ms. Celia Spinazola was present. Information has been received. Pending is
clarification regarding ADA requirements. Information was requested from the Town
attorney, who forwarded it to the State Board. Chair notes she emailed the attorney on
Monday and to give him a week to respond.
Chair made a motion to approve the application for Ms. Lisa Lopes and to Ms. Nichole
Connors, with the condition to revisit should the access board have an issue. Chair will
email Ms. Connors. 
 Gas-powered leaf blowers
The Board decided to wait for the election in November to fully address this. There was
a question of Ms. Maggio should call the Town Council. Ms. Cooney will do more
research. Discussion was tabled until December.
New Business: 
 Restaurant code inspection regulations

Next meeting, request, in person, Mr. Al Marino and Ms. Sharon Sicurella, and the head
of the Chamber of Commerce. The regulations need to be discussed on the record if
the regulations are really going into effect in January.
