Meeting minutes for January 21, 2026
Chair called the meeting to order at 6:00PM
In attendance:

Public Hearing : Transfer Wine and Malt with Cordials License for LLA-Cinco De Mayo II, Inc 
Council for the petitioner, Silvia Guzman, Esq. outlined the owners ’ experience in the restaurant business
having operated one in Chelesea for many years. The board members asked several questions regarding an
association with the business that replaced A ntique Table. The chair clarified the current ownership versus the
former ownership as it pertains to the building in which Cinco De May II is located. Owners are familiar with
TIP Certification and understand their responsibilities as it pertains to ensure staff are Tip Certified.
There was public in attendance for this hearing , no comments were received during the hearing or during
public comments.
Motion to approve by Deb Chavis , Seconded by Bob O ’ Neil, board approval was unanimous. 
Old Business : The board reviewed, approved and signed 1 Used Car license renewals, 9 Common
Victualer License renewals.
