Purpose: Pursuant to the Winthrop Town Charter, Section 2-
6(c)(ii), Special meetings of the town council shall be
held at the call of the council president, or, on the call of
any four or more members, notice of which shall be
delivered at least forty-eight weekday hours in advance
of the time set for such meeting.

Precinct 1 Councilor, Patrick Costigan 
Precinct 3 Councilor, Joseph Romano
