Winthrop Contributory Retirement System Board Meeting 1 Metcalf Square, Winthrop, Massachusetts, Harvey Hearing Room February 24, 2026, 4:00 PM Posted Agenda Call to Order Roll Call William Keefe, PERAC Executive Director-Introductions and PERAC updates The Board may convene in executive session pursuant to Exemption 4, M.G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(4), to discuss deployment of security devices or discussion related thereto. Vote to approve the meeting minutes from January 27, 2026, meeting. Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for January 2026 in the amount of $2,150,818.54. Vote to approve a correction to the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for January 2026 from $545,203.59 to $545,204.09 due to typographical error. Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for February 2026. Vote regarding transfer of funds, if needed, effective March 2, 2026, from PRIM to Eastern Bank to cover payroll and accounts payable for March 2026. Vote to approve Dennis Hickey’s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option C, effective March 31, 2026. Dennis is a Police Officer for Winthrop Police and has 43.9167 years of creditable service. Vote to approve the transfer of Rick Griffin’s total accumulated deductions effective February 27, 2026, to the Revere Retirement System. Dates of service: 1 1/03/2024-1 1/30/2025. Rick was a Patrol Officer, Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.0000 year. Old Business: COLA base increase discussion New Business: Administrators Announcements: Option C survivor, Elaine Vigliotta, passed away on January 31, 2026. Superannuation option C retiree, Arnim Scholwin, passed away on F ebruary 11, 2026; his beneficiary will continue to receive a monthly allowance. Next meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Harvey Hearing Room.
