Change of Manager Winthrop Yacht Club 
Motion to approve by Deb Chavis, Seconded by Bob O’Neil, board approval was unanimous.

The board reviewed, approved and signed 1 Used Car license renewal, 1 Common Victualer License renewal, 
1 Livery License Uber for Massport, and 9 Livery License for Winthrop Taxi, cleared and approved by the Winthrop Police Department
