Winthrop Contributory Retirement System Board Meeting Location: Meeting was held remote only, using Zoom Software Minutes from the meeting held on February 26, 2026, 4:00 PM Present Were: Karin Chavis Dylan Cook Terence Delehanty Dennis Boudrow Steven Rogers Chairwoman Chavis called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM. The Retirement Coordinator called the roll: Karin Chavis — Present Dennis Boudrow — Present Terence Delehanty - Present Dylan Cook — Present Stephen Rogers — Present All votes were taken via roll call. Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for February 2026 in the amount of $598,443.49. The motion passed 5-0. > Voted on a motion by Stephen Rogers, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve Dennis Hickey’s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option C, effective March 3 1, 2026. Dennis is a Police Officer for Winthrop Police and has 43.9167 years of creditable service. The motion passed 5-0 Voted on a motion by Stephen Rogers, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to approve the transfer of Rick Griffin’s total accumulated deductions effective February 27, 2026, to the Revere Retirement System. Dates of service: 11/03/2024- 11/30/2025. Rick was a Patrol Officer, Winthrop’s 3(8)(c) liability is 1.0000 year. The motion passed 5-0. New Business: Administrators Announcements: Option C survivor, Elaine Vigliotta, passed away on January 31, 2026. Superannuation option C retiree, Arnim Scholwin, passed away on February 11, 2026; his beneficiary will continue to receive a monthly allowance. Superannuation option A retiree, Mary Wood, passed away on February 20, 2026. Next meeting is scheduled for March 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Harvey Hearing Room. Voted on a motion by Dylan Cook, seconded by Terence Delehanty, to adjourn at 4:09 P.M. The motion passed 5-0.
