The public will have remote access to this meeting, link below. We are meeting remotely in accordance with An Act Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency. On March 28, 2025, Governor Healey signed a bill, extending the expiration date of the temporary provisions regarding remote meetings from March 31, 2025, to June 30, 2027, allowing a public body to continue holding meetings remotely without a quorum physically present at a meeting location as long as it provides "adequate, alternative" access to remote meetings. Agenda as Follows: 1. Call to order and Attendance. 2. Review and approval of November 6, 2025, minutes – vote required. 3. Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)- discussion on information obtained since last meeting. 4. North Shore Greenhead Fly Program – discussion on pricing for next three-year contract effective FY28- FY30 – vote required. 5. Longevity step compensation - employees hired January – June, payable in July. Januszewski, Mahaffey, and Noone – vote required. 6. Approved FY27 salary scale – vote required. 7.
