BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

MARCH 17, 2026

Kathy Hickey called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM

Motion by Peter Gill to accept the minutes of MARCH 3, 2026

PUBLIC COMMENT ~— 0

NEW BUSINESS

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented. The Board
reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented, The Board reviewed and signed any real

estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any
boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.

The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under
M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a). Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect
on the process,

Unanimous vote by board to except/deny all abatements presented. 52-54 Trident tabled until further research is
done.

Motion by Peter Gill to adjourn Executive Session and return to open session for adjournment only.
