                                                                            Meeting minutes for March 25, 2026
                                                                      Chair called the meeting to order at 6:00PM

In attendance:

Public Hearing: Liquor License for Breeze & Bourbon.

Principals Frank Benitez, President & Manager presented the business plans and menu. Both principles of the restaurant have extensive experience in the hospitality business. Board reviewed mandatory Tip certification for all servers as well as reminding management that if they were to supply entertainment it would require separate approval. Mr. Benitez said they do plan to serve outside in the summer as the former operator of that location.
After questioning by the board, it was open to the public comment. Resident Dawne Armistead spoke in favor of the applicant. There were no additional comments from the public in attendance.

The board approved application unanimous.
