« Paul Reardon: Suggests voice text only be stored on platform. Storage and cost are
concerns.

e Suzanne Swope: Looking for meeting minutes that have been submitted but not
posted. Where are they located? Concerned about special permits in addition to the
use ordinance.

e Pat Costigan: Supports the motions for the change of language in 2(b) & 2(c).

e Motion: All multiple member body meetings that have Zoom or other virtual
attendance capabilities posted to online hosting or town website.

Discussion: Continued concerns about volume for recordings. Councilor Romano asked
to add language to his motion to include, “member body meetings and all policy making
boards.” Councilor Millar will send an email to Town Manager Marino to confirm with IT
what the storage capabilities are. We will wait to hear back from IT before the motion
language is amended. Every policy making board meeting should be recorded. Suggest
that we have IT or Denise Quist at the next meeting to provide information.

e Ordinance amendment 17.52.030 Use Variance
Discussion: Councilor Millar sent an email to BOA & Planning Board for information about
the Use Variance. Next steps: Schedule a time for both to attend an R&O meeting to review
Use Variance. Public Hearings to follow.

e Motion to amend Town Council Rules & Procedures Rule 2(b) & (c)
Discussion: Councilor Dimes concerned with a potential violation of Open Meeting Law
with submittal by Thursday before next council meeting. With town hail closed on Fridays
will this satisfy the 48 hour in advance posting of agenda items. Councilor Millar concerned
with 4pm on Thursday being too late. Councilor Romano clarified that Rule already has this
language. Councilor Millar read the definition of majority from Open Meeting Law for
clarification.
