BOARD OF ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES


May 5, 2026


Peter Gill called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.

MINUTES 
Motion by Allen Maruzzi to vote on the minutes of March 24, 2026, for the next meeting.
 2nd by Peter Gill.

Motion by Brian Perrin to vote on the minutes of April 7, 2026
2nd by Peter Gill.

The Board reviewed all correspondence, memoranda, bulletins, emails and/or other writings presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any duly approved Statutory Exemptions presented.  The Board reviewed and signed any real estate, personal property, boat and/or motor vehicle commitments presented. The Board reviewed and signed any boat and/or motor vehicle tax abatements presented.




The Board anticipates going into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to purposes as provided under M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a).  Discussion of these matters in an open meeting could have a detrimental effect on the process.

Motion by Allen Maruzzi to adjourn Executive Session and return to open session for adjournment only.
2nd by Brian Perrin.
