NEW BUSINESS: 
 Request for Determination of Applic ability 215 Court Rd. 
 Applicant: Kelly McKinnon. Site walk was conducted on May 2, 2026. 
The Commission voted unanimously to issue a negative determination after reviewing the scope of
work.
