REMINDER & Update: Speaker Series: e March 25, 2026: Staying in Your Home by BCIL; Senior Center; 1 p.m. e April 29, 2026: ADUs: revised regulations; an alternative to nursing homes/group homes; Hannah Belcher; Senior Center; 1 p.m. © May 27, 2026: How to Build Your Medical Team & Be an Effective Advocate; Kathleen Kane and Jon Rodis; Senior Center; 1 p.m. 2. Update on Resource Book e May need to reprint e Asked Laurisa and Denise to post to our website 3. Safety Net Update = Meredith Hurley did a presentation to the Town Council at the May meeting; she credited John Morgan for pushing the program, but does not mention in the Transcript that WCOD is funding 100% of the program—the only reason this is important is to demonstrate that we are using the 22G funds to support townwide programs e We need a liaison to work with Meredith and make sure that the town understands where the money is coming from, especially in view of the cut of programs because of grant ineligibility due to 3A non-compliance; find out when training is 3. Pride Potluck on Saturday, June 13th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Ingleside Park e Need volunteers to man the table; Karla has table and sign © Karla can set up table and do 2-4 p.m.; John Morgan will be there the whole time e Table will have resource books and postcards for Deer Island event 4.
