Councilor Millar , all in favor.

 Town Council Rules & Procedures 
 Rules 1-4 as corrected ready to go back to council 
 Rule 6C Strike thru correction 
 Rule 7 Correct grammatical errors 
 Rules 5-7 changes to order of business and definition of 
 Small Commercial vehicle allowance for resident parking sticker 
 Parking study to be conducted 
 Leave item on agenda 
 Policy making board appointments 
 Application & resume 
 Come before council 
 Council should receive applications and resumes a week in
advance of council meeting 
 Non-policy making board appointments 
 Resubmit an application and resume 
 Eliminate the word “ may ” from Section 2-10
