Residents, citizens of Winthrop and the public are welcome to attend and participate in WHA Annual
Meeting. It shall be held WHA Community Building, 9 Golden Drive. The draft Annual Plan will be
available for inspection at the WHA Office during normal business, and a link on website. WHA will receive
public comments on the Plan orally, in writing and by email no later than the close of the public hearing.
