Vote to approve the meeting minutes from July 28, 2026 meeting.

Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for July 2026 for $432,908.78.

Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for August 2026

Vote to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for
July 2026

Vote to approve the acceptance of Kaylin Barry, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $31,210.62. Kaylin is an ESP for
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Jianna Balian, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $38,565.21. Jianna is an ESP for
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Layne Bushfan, effective September 1, 2026 at 9% + 2%, $31,210.62. Layne is an ESP for
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve John Goodwin’s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option C retirement, effective October 31, 2026.
John is the Police Chief for the Town of Winthrop and has 31.3333 years of creditable service.

Vote to approve the transfer of Adnan Ramadani’s total accumulated deductions effective August 25, 2026, to the Massport
Retirement System. Dates of service: 05/07/2018-05/26/2026. Adnan was a Firefighter for the Town of Winthrop. Winthrop’s
3(8)(c) liability is 8 years.

PERAC Emerging Issues Forum - Westborough, MA, September 17, 2026 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

FY27 Appropriation bills, due to Winthrop Retirement Board by September 1, 2026, were issued on August 4, 2026- Town of
Winthrop payment in the amount of $3,131,370.00 and Winthrop Housing Authority payment in the amount of $168,630.00 have
been received.

Attended AG Open Meeting Law Training Webinar 8/4/26 9:30 AM.

Option C Superannuation retiree, Frank Clifford, passed away on August 9, 2026. His Option C beneficiary will receive monthly
survivor benefit.

Next meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Harvey Hearing Room.
