Approval of meeting minutes from July 20 th 2026 & July 30 th 2026 by Councilors Millar &
Dimes
Public Comment Policy updated 2 minutes per speaker
The committee approved a revised public comment policy with a two-minute time limit
and no time transfers.
President Letterie proposed adding a public answer period to council agendas to
address previous public comments, which the committee supported.
The committee also discussed a draft ordinance to allow certain commercial vehicles to
obtain residential parking stickers, but decided to await the results of a parking study
before proceeding.
Discussed changes to committee structures and seeking legal clarity on ex-officio
committee membership. The conversation ended with the approval of two motions
regarding applications and resumes being submitted for board appointments and
reappointments.
