Agenda:
The Rules and Ordinance Committee of the Winthrop Town Council met to review and approve meeting minutes, discuss updates to the public comment policy, and consider various agenda items. The committee approved a revised public comment policy with a two-minute time limit and no time transfers. Public comment included a call to dissolve the committee, which was discussed but not voted on, with a decision to refer the matter to the full council. President Letterie proposed adding a public answer period to council agendas to address previous public comments, which the committee supported.
