Meeting is called to order at 5:30 P.M. in the Deleo Senior Center on October 6 th , 2026. 
Roll Call- Councilor Romano-Present, Councilor Dimes-Present, Councilor Millar (chair)-
Present. 
Town Council President Letterie was also present in his capacity as an ex-offico member 
Chair opens public comment, 2 minutes per speaker: 
Jack Dowd- Precinct 4: Says he got a copy of the Rule Changes that are scheduled to be
discussed at the October 8 th Rules and Ordinance Meeting. Disagrees with rule change
suggestions and says that it is his belief that they were written by A.I. 
Councillr Millar in his capacity as chair responds and denies the allegations of the rule
changes being written by A.I. 
Seeing no others wishing to comment, public comment closes. 
Motion made by Councilor Romano to give a positive recommendation on a motion to
change hearing postings: Seconded by Councilor Dimes. Vote for a positive
recommendation passes 3-0 
Motion made by Councilor Romano to adjourn the meeting: Seconded by Councilor
Dimes. Vote passes 3-0. 
Meeting is adjourned at 5:35 P.M.
