Vote to approve the Eastern Bank Statement and Reconciliation for September 2026 in the amount of $3,088,738.67.
Vote to approve the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for October 2026.

Vote to approve the revision of the Retirement System Warrant (Payroll, Accounts Payable, Investment transfers) for August 2026
from $554,166.43 to $553,712.20 due to a retiree’s death. (tabled from the 9/22/26 mtg)

Vote to approve the Trial Balance, Cash Receipts, Cash Disbursements, General Ledger, and Adjustments for
September 2026.

Discussion regarding the scheduling of a PRIM portfolio review

Vote to approve Lawrence St. George’s Application for Voluntary Superannuation Option B retirement, effective October 5,
2026. Lawrence is a General Foreman for the Town of Winthrop and has 11 years of creditable service.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Sidney Albert, effective September 21, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $31,211.00. Sidney is an ESP for the
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Bobbi Schrag, effective September 28, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $24,203.37. Bobbi is an ESP for the
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Willow Hall, effective September 28, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $26,087.53. Willow is an ESP for the
Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Noureddine Bouhlal, effective October 5, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $42,809.44. Noureddine is a
junior custodian for the Winthrop Public Schools.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Anthony Borgatti, effective September 28, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $47,668.81. Anthony is a laborer
for the Town of Winthrop.

Vote to approve the acceptance of Nicholas Bianchino, effective September 28, 2026, at 9% + 2%, $47,668.81. Nicholas is a
laborer for the Town of Winthrop.

Vote to approve the transfer of Joao Medeiros’ total accumulated deductions effective October 27, 2026, to the Revere Retirement
System. Dates of service: 08/25/25-06/26/26. Joao was a junior custodian for the Winthrop Public School Dept. Winthrop’s
3(8)(c) liability is 10 months.

Vote to approve the refund of Dianne Duplin’s total accumulated deductions, effective October 27, 2026. Dianne was an ESP for
the Winthrop Public Schools. Dates of service: 10/26/2020-06/30/2022.

Vote to approve the refund of Megan Mahoney’s total accumulated deductions, effective October 27, 2026. Megan was an ESP
for the Winthrop Public Schools. Dates of service: 12/01/14-08/17/18 (State Retirement Board), 09/04/18-06/30/20 (Winthrop

Retirement Board).

Fall 2026 MACRS Conference is scheduled for December 1-3, 2026 at the Marriott Boston Quincy-Vote for approval of
attendance and expenses pursuant to Winthrop Retirement Board’s Travel Regulations.

2026 Annual Affidavit for Retired Members and Survivors will be mailed on November 10, 2026 to be returned by December17,
2026.

Save the Date: Spring 2027 MACRS Conference is scheduled for May 2-5, 2027 at Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster,
MA

Next meeting is scheduled for November 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM in the Harvey Hearing Room.
