I am conducting an ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment at 12-16 Revere Street, which includes a review of Building Department, Town Clerks, Board of Health, Fire Department, Assessors Records and DPW (Sewer and Water) records. The following is the typical information obtained regarding each municipal office.
Fire Department & Town Clerk: Any records/permits/licence of Oil or Hazardous Material (OHM) storage, including current and/or former Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) or Above-ground Storage Tanks (ASTs) at these properties.
Building Department/Inspection Service: Any building permits issued for the site, including Any records/permits/licence of Oil or Hazardous Material (OHM) storage, including current and/or former Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) or Above-ground Storage Tanks (ASTs) at these properties?

Assessors Records: Available past field cards. I have current online property record.
DPW: Is property connected to the public sewer and water, and connection date if possible.
