We, Certa Farrish Law Group, would like to request any and all records or your complete file including photos/videos of a slip and fall involving our client, Rebecca Taylor. Her DOB is 12/30/1958. The incident happened at Cascase Outdoor Store in Winthrop on 01/23/2021. We were informed EMT responded as well. Please let us know if you are able to provide the EMT records. Thank you.
