Requesting a copy of one 911 call made in time frame Dec. 16 -21, 2014. EMT responded to 28 Floyd St. Winthrop. Clara DeFazi (my mum) was taken to Beth Isreal Hosp. Boston. Also would like to know who made the call (if not part of report) and inc. the EMT report if ava. or who to contact for such report. The call may have come from [removed] (now my cell #).
