To whom it may concern,
I am seeking information about three properties at 18, 14, and Rear Temple Avenue, in Winthrop.
At some point, these parcels were divided.
There was also, at some point a railroad going through "Rear" temple avenue.
I would like to see plot plans, the original parcel which existed before the street was made, when and how it was subdivided, any easement for a railroad, when the railroad was removed, and all other documents related to those three parcels, I.e. if anything was deemed polluted soil, or unbuildable lots.
