The location was to 26 Marshall street in Winthrop, Ma.
A person appears to have been hurt exiting the property while hold a leashed pit bull type dog. The dog may have pulled the women out of the door & down the stairs.
The women is Patricia A, Crane of 26 Marshall St Unit #1 in Winthrop, Ma , dob: 8/2/1961
