vehicle with maine plates making the street impassible.

sidewalk, and is making it difficult for pedestrians to pass
without walking in the roadway. We were out with these
vehicles yesterday. 92 is not getting any answer at the
door, and the vehicles are expired. He is going to tag them
with a warning, and if they are not moved tomorrow we will

of town in Houston on business and will not be home for a

This led to a verbal dispute which escalted to the point
