Party came into police headquarters to report that she is
being harassed by a neighbor who was taking pictures of her
while she was in public. This is one of the parties involved
in the verbal altercation reported earlier (SEE call #
2451139). RP was adamant that we force the other party
(unknown at this time)to delete the pictures she had taken.
It was explained to RP that there is nothing unawful about
taking a picture of someone in a public setting. RP was not
satisfied with our response.

Party was told that the situation she shared would be noted
in a dispatch log entry. She was happy with the matter as it
currently stands being logged in the system as such. She
will file a log - incident request form if she needs the
notation. She was advised.

@320p on 03/13/25 the owner of the parked vehicle on Shore
Drive that got hit came to WPD HQ. She was advised that
State Police would be contacting her after we spoke with
State Police about the matter. She left after she was told
that State Police would call her. We will contact State
Police back again and provide them with any information they
need.
