RP wanted to file a complaint that a male party described as
young and bald, driving a silver pick up truck identified
himself as a Winthrop Police Officer stopped him at the
Mobile Mart on Main street between the hours of 0700-0730.
RP stated the alledged officer showed him a ticket book and
told him that he would be mailing him a citation for driving
to slow entering the town from Boston.
RP was more concerned that he was going to be mailed a
citation. I informed him that his complaint would be looked
into, which satisfied the RP.
