Female Party called into HQ crying. Stated that earlier she
was at the Winthrop Neighborhood Health Center Clinic for
approximately 3 Hours recieving treatment as she is 6 months
pregnant. She stated that the owner of the property had
called Todisco Towing to tow her vehicle for tresspassing.
She stated she then went outside before they could tow the
vehicle and had to pay a "drop fee" of approximately
$108.00, which she felt was illegal after viewing the
Mass.gov website. She was advised to contact Winthrop
Neighborhood Health Center, the owner of the building as
well as Todisco Towing. She was also advised that this was a
civil matter and would be documented only at this time. She
was satisfied with this outcome.
