states this is the second alleged incident of harassment by

her vehicle was struck while parked in front of her
residence at Beal St overnight. The individual that
struck the vehicle did leave his contact information and
states he would rather pay for the damage himself rather
than go through insurance. RP had the damage assesed by her
auto body shop that quoted her $3,100 for the repair. RP
would like this incident placed on record in the event that
the individual that struck her vehicle does not pay for the
damage and she is forced to seek restitution though
insurance.
