while he was at the public landing, another vehicle's door
(see attached) struck his vehicle causing minor damage.
This led to a verbal dispute which escalted to the point
that the operator of the other vehicle attempted to open his
door. RP stated he was in fear of an imminent assault and
drove directly to the police headquarters to place the
matter on record in the event he runs into this individual
again.

crime, and there is no need for police, it was just a verbal
