Female Party came into HQ to report that at approximately
10:40AM a male party in a white van approached her twice
while walking in Winthrop. Male Party only said "hey" the
first time while she was walking on Main Street. Moments
later said "hey" while she was walking on Belcher Street,
then started asking if she knew where the American Legion
was asking questions about the town. Female party then told
her coworkers at the Cummings School who stated a man had
parked there in a White Van at approximately 11:10PM and
walked around the playground. Female Party found this
suspicious and wanted it documented. Female Party was unable
to provide make, model or License Plate.

Male Party came into HQ to do a custody exchange with his
Ex-Wife at 10:00AM as it is there agreed upon time in their
probate order. Male party stated his Ex-Wife had contacted
him telling him she did not wish to exchange the child at
that time as the child was sick. Female party then called in
to HQ stating that her son is sick and has been throwing up
all night. She stated she had texted him that she did not
wish to exchange the child at 10:00AM and maybe later in the
day they could exchange the child if he was feeling better.
Female Party stated she would text her Ex-Husband around
11:30AM if he was feeling better and that they could
possibly exchange the child around noon. Both parties were
advised that this was a civil matter and that this incident
would be documented only.
